Some of us have areas where we like to target the most during a workout. I love doing arm exercises, but for leg exercises, I like to target the butt.
I've just discovered this exercise and I love it! :)

Hi! I loved the name of butt exercise (Froggy glute lift), but I would try with the ball.. Do you try using resistance bands for all exercises? I love it! :)
