Sick of doing crunches??!! This is a great ab workout without any crunches! It's good to mix it up- I noticed these also work the booty, which I need! ;-) hah!

I did this workout today and I like it!
I'm aiming for a 6 pack- I think it'll come, don't you agree?! ;-) But will need a million more ab workouts!! ugh!!!!!
*looks down at her abs* Oh boy, your looks better than mine now. :P No excuses and I will snap back soon now that I am almost healed from the latest injuries. Yeah, planks are pretty good! I do 90 seconds on front and 60 seconds each side two times. Too tired to do the third set without a bit of resting, but I need to be able to do it one day. :)
ReplyDeleteThat's great girlee. Keep it up. Over the next year your body will go through such an amazing journey as it tones, shapens, and streghtens up. Through my Bikram Yoga journey I have watched incredible things, I too aimed for the 6pack and now I have 8! You are doing the right thing with eating right too. Everyone can benefit and lose some weight just by changing their food intake and cutting things out. THen adding excercise and you will SOAR! Looking forward to following your blog. I am on a different plan for workouts but any eating tips or recipes or anything you need let me know. xoxo
