Steel cut oatmeal are less processed than regular rolled oats.  It's chopped with steel blades which results in a more chewier texture.  It takes longer to digest so it makes you fuller longer, plus it has more cholesterol lowering soluble fiber.  I don't have the time to take 30 minutes to cook oatmeal nor do I want to do that! I found this quick cooking Steel Cut Oatmeal from Trader Joe's.  Me like!
