Hi all!
What did you eat for breakfast this morning?? You all know that I'm doing the LiveFit eating plan. I noticed that eating egg whites just doesn't do it for me in the mornings cuz they make me sleepy. Do eggs make you sleepy??!!
This morning, I decided to not have egg whites and had oatmeal with nonfat greek yogurt instead.
I'm more awake, but this morning, I've been so frickin' hungry!! Errrr!
Perhaps it's just today and tomorrow will be better since my body is trying to adapt to a new eating and workout plan?? Ugh! Note any frustration here?? LoL
Any suggestions for healthy eating in the morning???
For extra fiber, I add flax seeds to my cereal. Fiber helps one feel "full" longer.
ReplyDeleteAnd it's possible that you are just sleepy one day, but more awake the next. Just do a few more trials of the same meal and rule out any other possible factors. (For example, I am thinking of seeing an allegist to better know what I am allegry to because it's possible for people to be allegry to something and never know it unless tested. We sent my brother to an allegist last Spring and found out that he is allegry to literally everything with the exception of Johnson grass and we never knew it! No wonder he was feeling so tired for "no particular reason" once in a while. It's very possible for me too.)
